Job Title: Front of House Manager

Location: Warehouse Barbecue Co. & Brewhouse
Hours: Full-Time (40-50 hours/week)
Availability: Evenings and Weekends required.  Current Operating House:  Tuesday - Saturday 11am-8pm, Sundays 10am-2pm, Closed Mondays. *Hours are subject to change*

Job Overview:

Warehouse Barbecue Co. & Brewhouse is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team. If you are a self-starter with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Front of House, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Front of House staff in a professional and respectful manner.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism.

  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes or challenges as they arise.

  • Manage restaurant POS systems and other operational technology.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in management within the service or retail industry (restaurant experience preferred).

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Forms, Sheets, Docs) and restaurant POS systems.

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a dynamic environment.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering a great guest experience.
